My love for graceful and efficient movement in dance and my research on the connection between beauty and bio-mechanics led me to develop Be Bella Pilates. In my technique beauty is the result of three elements: alignment, grace and strength. Be Bella Pilates respects the natural design of the body creating a powerful core, long strong muscles and a effortless beautiful posture.
There is an innate potential for beauty, glow and deep sense of wellbeing that come from the ease and grace of how we move our body. The result is a toned, vibrant sensual body that we honor and enjoy. It is my passion to help women recognize, access and manifest this natural beauty.
